I’m Ahmed, and I have a vision to become a role model for education in the UAE and this vision has pushed me in the direction of dedicating my time to self-education. I was born in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. After graduating from high school in 2005, I completed my college degree from Dubai Men’s College in mechanical and electronic engineering in 2009.
After my graduation, my quest to achieve experience in diplomacy lead to working with several sectors of the government. This experience is still highly valuable to the vision I have at present. I continued to study public relations and diplomacy in a Canadian university while applying the knowledge I gained during my studies in Dubai.
I also have several hobbies including technology, horse racing and falcon competitions. I find horses to be kind and interesting creatures and train them in my farm for participation in horse shows. Falcons excite me and I take care of these birds when they are injured and even vet and look after them otherwise. Sports is my other hobby with jogging, cycling and diving being my favorite.
I have businesses in the private estate, construction and transportation industries and I invest my experience and time between these projects so that it can ultimately form a solid foundation for my vision. Self-education at all levels doesn’t stop at all for me as I progress in my career.
